These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Portugal Property Scout to private and business clients.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Portugal Property Scout provides individual research and advisory services for clients looking to purchase land or property in Portugal.
The exact content depends on the selected service package. No guarantee is given that a certain number of properties will be found or that a purchase will be completed.
Portugal Property Scout is not acting as a real estate agent.
No purchase contracts are brokered or concluded and no commission is earned from a later purchase.
All recommendations are intended solely to support the customer's own decision-making process.
The contract is concluded once the customer submits the search profile, confirms the order and the agreed payment has been received.
The prices published on the website apply. Payment is due before research begins.
Research starts after receipt of the completed questionnaire and payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the search profile.
The customer shall provide complete and accurate information and notify Portugal Property Scout of any relevant changes.
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
If the customer expressly requests that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires, the service may start immediately. The statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed.
Portugal Property Scout is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for information provided by third parties, including property portals, sellers or public authorities.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy published on the website.
All reports, analyses, recommendations and research results remain the intellectual property of Portugal Property Scout and may not be copied or distributed without prior written permission.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
